Where do you install?

All of Salt Lake County and Utah County. Expanding across the Wasatch Front as demand grows.

What does the all-in price include?

Carpet, pad, measurement, removal of old carpet, install, stair work, full cleanup, disposal, and furniture moving. One per-sq-ft rate, locked at your video call, no surprise add-ons on install day.

Do I really not need to measure anything?

Right. We pull your home's sq ft from public records to start, you toggle which rooms get carpet, and we confirm the exact measurement together on a 15-min video call. You never touch a tape measure.

How long does an install take?

Most homes are done in a single day. The longest part of buying carpet with us is the 15-minute video call — after that, install day is hands-off for you.

What if the sq ft on the call comes out different than what I entered?

If your sq ft matches what you entered (which it almost always does once we look together), the price you see is your locked price. If it's different, we honor the lower of the two — you never own the measurement risk.

Do you guarantee your work?

Yes. If anything is installed incorrectly or you're not satisfied with the workmanship, we come back and fix it free within 30 days. Beyond that, the carpet manufacturer's warranty applies (typically 5–25 years depending on tier).

What about pets and kids?

All our pads are designed for high-traffic family homes. Tell us on the video call if pets or allergies are a priority — we'll steer you toward the right tier and stain-resistant options.

Do I have to move my own furniture?

Nope. Furniture moving is included in your all-in price. Just leave fragile items packed and we'll handle the rest.

Is there a money-back guarantee on the deposit?

Yes. Your install deposit is fully refundable up to 7 days before install day — change of plans, no problem. Once material is ordered (~7 days out), we keep the cost of materials and refund the rest.

Do you offer a referral program?

Yes — every customer gets a code after install. Share it with a friend and you both get $50 off.
